Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order fails to meet your expectations for any reason, please return the merchandise for refund or for exchange (excluding delivery and handling charges). If the merchandise was ordered with "Free Shipping", the original cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund. All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Returned merchandise must be in new, unworn and resellable condition with the original packaging (boxes, manuals). Please include a copy of the invoice, Return Authorization Number (RA#) and sufficient packing material to ensure the items arrive undamaged in your return. All tems that are not in new and original condition will not be refunded. 

Return and Exchange: 

With a valid online invoice, all online purchases must be returned or exchanged at www.v-bello.com with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and sufficient packing material to ensure the items arrive undamaged. All mailed returns/exchanges must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the original delivered date. All online refunds from online purchases will be issued back to the form of original payment. if Items not available for exchange will be refunded or issued a store credit in the form of a gift card. Shipping charges are not refundable. We strongly recommend obtaining tracking information for your return shipment. Refunds will not be applied until the returned merchandise has arrived and reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. All returns/exchanges must be in their new and original condition with tags attached. Items that are not in new and original condition will not be refunded

If you have questions regarding your merchandise return/exchange eligibility status, please contact cs@v-bello.com with your full name, order number, and the items you wish to verify. Please contact our customer service for verification cs@v-bello.com.

To make a return, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by emailing us at cs@v-bello.com. You will be notified by email within 48 hours with your RA#. Please write your RA# outside of the package. Be sure a copy of the invoice, Return Authorization Number (RA#) and sufficient packing material to ensure the items arrive undamaged. All tems that are not in new and original condition will not be refunded. You are responsible for the shipping cost and appropriate insurance to return the product.

Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns with no valid invoice, Return Authorization Number, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt

You should expect to receive your refund within 1 week after we receive your return. This time period does not include the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (varies by institutions). Please note that we do not refund the original shipping fees. The refund will be issued in your original order payment method. 

After 30 days, no items will be accepted for return. All mailed returns/exchanges must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the original delivered date.

2 - Valid online invoice

3 - Put RA#, valid invoice and the return or exchange item in the envelop or package (be sure have a sufficient packing material to ensure the items arrive undamaged). 

 

Clearance items are final and not eligible for return or exchange. Clearance items cannot qualify for additional promotional discounts.

 

Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit only.
