Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States only (Alaska and Hawaii aren't supported yet).
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat $7.95 per order, and free once your order's pre-tax subtotal is over $50.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are packed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays — most go out within a couple of business days. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.
What is your return policy?

How do I know what necklace length or ring size to pick?

How do I track my order?
We'll email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also view your order history any time under My Account → Orders.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, processed securely through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Yes — all payments are processed over an encrypted (SSL) connection by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor used by millions of businesses.
