Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States (Alaska and Hawaii aren't supported yet). There's no minimum order. Shipping is a flat $7.95 per order, and free once your order's pre-tax subtotal is over $50.

Orders are packed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays — most go out within a couple of business days of purchase. As soon as yours ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it the rest of the way.

Returns

We want you to love your piece. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a refund to your original payment method (original shipping charges aren't refundable). Gift recipients receive store credit rather than a cash refund.

To start a return, email inquiry@v-bello.com with your order number and we'll send you instructions. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, with a copy of your invoice included. After 30 days, we're no longer able to accept a return.
