Shipping

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States (Alaska and Hawaii aren't supported yet). There's no minimum order. Shipping is a flat $7.95 per order, and free once your order's pre-tax subtotal is over $50.

Orders are packed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays — most go out within a couple of business days of purchase. As soon as yours ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it the rest of the way.

Returns

We want you to love your piece. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a refund to your original payment method (original shipping charges aren't refundable). Gift recipients receive store credit rather than a cash refund. Prefer a different size or style instead of a refund? We're happy to exchange it within the same 30-day window — just let us know when you reach out, and exchanges are never subject to the restocking fee below.

Items returned unworn, in their original packaging, with tags and invoice intact are refunded in full. Items returned showing signs of wear, or missing packaging or tags, are subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the item's price, or may be offered a reduced refund at our discretion.

To start a return or exchange, email inquiry@v-bello.com with your order number and we'll send you instructions, including a copy of your invoice. After 30 days, we're no longer able to accept a return. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed.

If your order arrives damaged, let us know within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you — the restocking fee above never applies to defective or damaged items.
