Return & Refund Policy
At V·BELLO, we want you to feel confident in your purchase.
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, and in original condition with original packaging included.
To initiate a return, please contact us at inquiry@v-bello.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and appropriate packaging to help ensure safe delivery of returned items.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Processing may take 5–7 business days, although timing may vary depending on your financial institution.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
If an order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount.
Items showing signs of wear, alteration, resizing, misuse, or damage are not eligible for return or refund.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, eligible returns may receive store credit or gift credit, where applicable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order after your return has been approved.
