Overview

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order fails to meet your expectations for any reason, please return the merchandise for refund (excluding delivery and handling charges). If the merchandise was ordered with “Free Shipping”, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund. All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Returned merchandise must be in new, unworn and resellable condition with the original packaging (boxes, manuals). Please include a copy of the invoice, and sufficient packing material to ensure the items arrive undamaged.

Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit only.

To make a return, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by emailing us at cs@v-bello.com. You will be notified by email within 48 hours with your RA#. Please write your RA# outside of the package. You are responsible for the shipping cost and appropriate insurance to return the product.

After 30 days, no items will be accepted for return.

Refunds

Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns with no Return Authorization Number, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.

You should expect to receive your refund within 1 week after we receive your return. This time period does not include the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (varies by institutions). Please note that we do not refund the original shipping fees. The refund will be issued in your original order payment method.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at inquiry@v-bello.com for instructions.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
