Ordering:
We have no minimum order restrictions.
Orders will be shipped within 1 business days (all U.S. holidays observed) after order payment receipt. Order cancellation is possible if the order shippement has not been processed yet. if the order is alreday shipped out, you may return it to our return center and get the store credit or refund (exclusing delivery and return charges).
Note: First Time Orders. All first time orders must ship to the credit card billing address.

PayPal: Using Paypal to complete your purchase can make your shopping expereince at V-BELLO even easier.
Sales Tax:
California Residents: V-BELLO collects sales tax for California and Alameda County.
Orders placed on our web site will have the sales tax added when invoiced.
Shipping and Handling:
All merchandise is inspected before shipping to make sure that all accessories are included and are in good condition. At V-BELLO, our shipping are calculated by using the approximate weight, size of your order and the destination.
Shipping cost will be displayed during checkout. Free shipping is offered if the total purchase, excluding sales tax, exceeds US$25. Please review the Return Policy on refunds for free shipping merchandise.
Keep in mind we ship Monday through Friday. No orders are shipped on Saturday, Sundays or U.S. Holidays.
Note: We ship only to 48 contiguous states of USA via USPS.
International Shipping (not qualify for free shipping):
All International customers are responsible for customs, duties and brokerage fees, which vary with the delivery address. These costs are not included in our freight charges.
If an International shipment is refused in customs or at the delivery address, the customer is responsible for the return freight in addition to the customs, duties and brokerage fees charged for the return to the United States.
